DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: IF ORDER IS SHIPPED TRUCK FREIGHT, you are required to open the box and inspect the merchandise before signing the delivery receipt. Both the shipper and the freight company assume no responsibility for damage that is not noted on delivery receipt! Immediately call Design Concepts at 1-800-237-8988 to report the damage to the sales department, and we will replace the damaged order. DAMAGED MERCHANDISE SHIPPED UPS must be reported to your local UPS terminal. UPS will pick up the damaged package and ship it back to us. You must phone Design Concepts at 1-800-237-8988 and report the damage to the sales department as soon as you have contacted UPS so we can replace your order. RETURNS & EXCHANGES: An item will be accepted for return or exchange within 30 days of invoice date provided the item has not been painted or altered in any way. To return an item, phone 1-800-237-8988 and you will be issued an RA# for the return. Returned shipments will be refused without an RA#. Refunds are for cost of merchandise only. Shipping charges are non-refundable. |
